 Virtual Assistant: Sub-contractor position
We are looking for talented business owners looking to sub-contract their services to us during peak service times.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years general business experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant
- Has been in business for at least 2 years as a Virtual Assistant
- 3-5 years experience in bookkeeping using either ACCPAC or Quickbooks
- Must be well versed in all software applications in order to work from their own offices (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Publisher, etc.)
- Must have email and internet access as well as a good long distance phone plan
- Must be reliable, efficient, personable as well as have a strong attention for detail
- Must be willing to sign a sub-contractor and confidentiality agreement
